The First Battlerite LAN Tournament is Here!

It’s been an intense fight and a long journey, but the top 2 teams from each of Europe, North America, South America, and Korea have fought off their regional competition and have made their way to Dreamhack, Sweden to compete on the grand stage.

Tune in to starting Saturday June 16th at 12:30 PM CEST for the group stages, where teams from each region will face off against each other for the first time on an equal footing. The semi and grand finals will then take place on Sunday June 17th at 13:00 PM CEST, where one team will emerge victorious as the first ever world champions of the BPL.

The first group bracket pits NA powerhouses SpaceStation Gaming (Averse, Bloom, Proster) against the Korean Team XD (YKN1P, Clarinet, Hisgram), and the SA champions Red Canids (Rubin, Techzz, Aklo) against EU runners up Dolos (Jurgen, Klerny, Hotbiscuit).

In the second group stage, it’s Korea’s Sinabro (Naddy, Puma, Lobsterlife) against SA’s Black Dragons, previously known as Rampage (Audaz, Higure, Tonho), and EU’s top team Impact (Dizzl3r, Godof, Vague57) facing NA’s disruptive Youngsung (Jeter, Ninjas, Rarepeep).

These 8 teams will be battling it out to win a slice of the $25,000 prizepool and a chance to prove themselves the best of the best in Battlerite. Which region do you think will come out on top? Who will you be cheering for? Soon enough we’ll see who is crowned BPL Season 1 World Champions!
